Cantebury Jones

New York based Cantebury Jones describes her sound as "A woman whose husband beat the livin' daylights out of her and doused her throat with whiskey just enough for her lil' girl heart to say... 'It's Over'"

These are some recent song demos (i.e rough ideas of what the songs will sound like) that Cantebury and I wrote and recorded in a very short period of time during May and June 2008.

Currently, she is working with two producers in New York on more formal versions of these and other material. "Mama" is the first track being redone. Congratulations!
